ALPHA ATHLETES GROUP FITNESS CLASSES BEGINNING IN MARCH 2024

Our Strength and Conditioning Classes have the benefits of:

  • Our proven coaching program, following the same philosophies, however using a cost and time effective structure

  • All our programs touch on the 5 pillars of performance - Strength, Power, Conditioning, Speed and Mobility

  • The programs are developed for all levels - for individuals who have never trained before to experienced gym-goers and athletes

  • Allow you to become a well-rounded individual inside and outside of the gym environment

  • All our programs are periodised in advance, so you’re seeing progresion session-to-session and week-to-week, and is not just random training sessions with no end goal

  • We do testing days every 8-12 weeks, so you can monitor your progress and know what you should be focusing on
