People call me Stretch, because I'm a level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist®. It's a pain-free method of assisted stretching that improves mobility, relieves pain and enhances performance. I combine it with my knowledge and experience in strength training and psychology to help clients get out of pain and become their strongest, best selves. I've worked with a wide range of people, from stroke patients to professional combat and strength athletes, and I'm currently completing my Masters in Sports Psychology. I educate clients on how their mindset and perception shape performance and pain, and we build a resilient mindset alongside the physical work.

I was the epitome of unathletic through my school years, but I found a love for strength training and sport through competitive powerlifting. I've lived the challenges of being a beginner, and the injuries and mental hurdles that come with pushing yourself in competition. That has taken me into all kinds of sports, including aerial hoop (3 performances so far), weightlifting, sprinting and boxing, and taught me how much your training and your ability to push yourself can be part of your identity, something pain and injury can disrupt. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to get you where you want to be, whether that's learning to move pain-free, returning to training, or reaching a higher level of performance. How long we work together is individual. The ultimate goal is to get you to a place where you no longer need my services, but have the strength, resilience and confidence to keep going on your own.
