Michael Sechos
I'm a Strength and Conditioning coach with a background in exercise physiology, and I'm fascinated by the human body and everything it can do. Knowing the body inside and out, along with how that plays out in practice through exercise, keeps me yearning to learn more and more. I love applying that knowledge and experience with my clients, helping them with whatever tools I have in my arsenal. Changing someone's belief about what they can't do into something they can is one of the best parts of coaching.
Beyond that I love all things training, not just lifting. I'm a fan of all sports and of athletic performance as a whole, and the intricacies and nuances of the body and its physiology mean there's an endless supply of things to learn and apply. I'm a big believer in working smarter, not harder. The more you learn, the easier things become in the long run.
