Viola Jokudu
I'm a strength and conditioning coach, former Australian representative powerlifter, and five-time Australian national record holder who's passionate about helping people discover just how strong they're capable of becoming. From representing Australia at the World Powerlifting Championships to competing on Australian Survivor, I've learned that real strength isn't just about lifting heavy. It's about building the confidence to back yourself.
Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time, chasing a personal best, recovering from injury, or training for competition, I'll meet you where you're at. My coaching combines evidence-based programming with genuine support, while building the systems, habits and environment that make success easier, so you don't have to rely on motivation or willpower alone. My goal is simple: to help you get stronger, move better, and realise you're capable of more than you think.
